Hello,

I tried to track our application using ECAS but is says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

Acknowledgement of receipt was Sept. 20 in Sydney.

Is that normal? Thanks!

Hi,

Did you receive an email from CIC on Sept 20? or you're application was received in Sydney on Sept 20?

Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) get sent to your email (if you are the sponsor) months after they have received your file... takes about 50-70 days to get it.

The reason why you are unable to track is because your information has not been loaded into the system.

Oopps, yes that was the time they received our application. Anyway, thanks for the response.

It's looking like anywhere from 30 - 70 days at the moment, although those who submitted in early Sept are getting theirs closer to 30 days later, which is good news!
