I sent my application on September 13th and it seems like people who sent it around the same time have already gotten their AORs a few days ago. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Hi this is normal. Average is around 75 - 90 days from receipt of application. Some people on the forum have also reported over a 100 day wait for AOR. If you have proof of delivery, I would wait a couple of weeks before calling the call centre and checking.

I got AOR last 25th Nov but Ecas not activated. I got application number and also correspondence number. It email with PDF. when i check my application online its no record found. its kind of confuse to me.

sorry I was made mistake while entering info and my case changed to inprogress yesterday. how long it take for test invites ?

Ecas only updates once a day so it makes sense that if you received your AOR today, then your ECAS will activate tomorrow.

Would be nice to have an immitracker for this with graphs and estimates on a case-by-case basis.

I can't correct it, I do not have permission (access) to modify the problematic cells. The problem is from cells (P57, Q57, X57) from the August tab. Those cells are protected even for me. The Processing Time Comparison tab, simply refers to cells in the August tab.

in progress is not a status. Does your ECAS show "application received" or "in process"?

Thank you for trying. There is a line formula error in the August tab that is throwing the error.
