Yes that's normal. The web form has a mention that the tool is having issues so they cannot send an ack right away but the team does get back with a response to your query.

It is normal . They take up to 5 business days. Don’t send two times . They said that get it normally

Anyone waiting for more than a year? My application was received on sep 13th and still no test invite

My FP result was lost. I did my FP on July 12. I called RCMP real time Center for 3 times. RCMP told me that they sent the result to IRCC local office on July 18. IRCC said they didn’t receive it. It has been 2 months for the mail to arrive ?

RCMP told me that the best way for me is to reapply/redo it if they did not receive it at all. Thus, I have to do it again tomorrow.

So so sad and disappointed
