not necessarily. You can apply for the passport as soon as your ECAS status shows 'Complete' which sometimes changes next day after the oath.

All citizenship applications are sent to Sydney, NS whether they’re regular mail or courier mail. Check the form and website. Didn’t your dad send the application to the case processing Center in Sydney ? From there on, the local office will ask you to come take test and interview.

Yes it was sent to sydney. I recieved ao in december. Still waiting

Congratulations! That's great news. I finally got my test invite a couple days ago. Test on the 12th this month, so things are finally progressing.
