Based on the narrated stories about test/interview day the only thing they normally check is ur passports and stamps etc in it. Havent read anything differently so far. as previously there was clause about intent to reside post citizenship so interview was a good tool to check that thing but since thats no more there it is just mere formality. Just my two cents

I see. I read about a guy here who translated the stamps in his passport.

Yupp they just verify the history provided by CBSA matches pssport stamps

How you received your test invite ? Email or mail ? Is there any change in ECAS after test invite ?

I received the test invite by email yesterday. The ECAS was changed today with the update about the test date.

Interview is a misnomer here. They only check passport stamps to confirm they tally with the information on physical presence calculator and they check the original documents.

Did they return the app for incorrect pics? Or just asked for new pics?

So, they didn't interviewed you the same day though?

When we go for test we have to carry passports and original documents with us. They will verify them after the test. Why would they call you again for this simple process?

They said we didn't send any......also said no bio pages from passport.....but we did, and there were. We double and triple checked before we sent the package.

Quick update:
Passed the test with 19/20 yesterday (Jan 12)

Before the interview, we were asked to have driver license, health card, PR card, landing paper and passport ready.
At the interview, I was only asked to present driver license, health card, PR card and passport.

This morning (Jan 13), my ecas status is Decision Made.
