Hi everyone,
I have a basic question which i am not able to find answer for in any of the threads.
When we get an AOR, is it via email or only the ecas status is updated?
And when exactly is the first time that ecas status is updated? I sent my application on 19th sep and the ecas says they cannot find the profile details. Is that normal?

My details are -

Ecas status is updated a few days from the day you receive an AOR via email. Before you receive an AOR ,you won't be able to access
ecas.

Hi,

I got my AOR yesterday and the ecas now says “Application Received”

I had to update the address as I moved provinces, which I did this morning.

I will update here when it says “In Process”
And also will let you know how long it took for the address change to reflect.

give your details. we will add it to the spreadsheet. it will be useful for all in this forum. Currently the trend is people are getting AOR for Sep 1-12. I guess u have to wait.

So far no AOR's today. Very slow looks like. and holiday season also coming up. it will all delay the process in december too

Seem they are processing until Sep 7, although there is one Sep 12 AOR too which seems odd (whims and wishes).
Sep 8 -10 it seems like next week now.

A question, in case of AOR they send email. What about when they return application? Do they email or only mail. Canada post being on strike so it could take a lot time than normal.
