Unfortunately, Mexico City office is not as fast. Our file has been sitting there since December 22nd and no movement. I believe it's still normal so we are not too worried yet.

hello September, it is quiet on here. August was hopping so I found myself over on that thread a lot. i wish everyone had a less than 6 month wait. all i can say is this forum kept me sane, so I hope September apps will check in with each other more often. it really helps, especially in the darkest months of no news at all.

Still (im)patiently waiting for that PPR e-mail.

August and September almost needed a combined thread when it came to Ottawa, because it definitely felt like there was tandem processing going on.

I agree. I am guilty of stepping away for the past 2 months just because it was difficult to deal with the waiting. Good news is, I feel that things are picking up! Submitted our application mid-sept and now the hubby is sending his passport as per request!! Hang in there everyone!

I think it's easier to have this group popping and talking when there are activities coming in from our various VO. With nothing happening, we almost don't have anything to talk about lol.

I had to do the same thing last November. It gets so stressful waiting for the next thing to arrive. I'll be very happy when this is all over.

I'm getting extremely ansy myself seeing all these applicants sent after my own getting DM... i really haven't heard much of a peep about anything since September/Oct.

My Wife has been asked to renew her passport and send within a day to make decision on her file...

She has submitted for renewal and will send back to cic tomorrow....Fingers Crossed

No Decision has been made earlier..they just asked for few documents 20 days back and we have submitted it instantly....
