Well, it's not really reflected. When I uploaded the document, it immediatly switched to provided. "Received" will mean they actually looked at it and processed what I gave them. Provided only means I've uploaded it but nobody has touched it. Don't scare me with months...

For the documents you uploaded, were you requested them in a letter that said to "reply to this e-mail" ???

I was asked for additional documents and the letter said to reply to the e-mail with the scanned additional documents but it came in the form of a message in MyCIC, not as an e-mail. Hence, I can't really reply to their "e-mail" haha

So that eMail looks like it's only a money eMail to me. They didn't even say how to submit the birth certificate info. Considering they never eMailed me this letter, and that I needed to submit the birth certificate, with no questions how to submit it I assumed I had to use MyCIC to submit the birth certificate info. I saw they had an entry to do just that that was even labeled for the birth certificate. "Document Name: Birth Registration/Certificate (required)" They also had an entry for the receipt they said to upload, "RPRF, Family Class (required)". So I submitted the receipt to the eMail, AND uploaded both the birth certificate and the receipt to MyCIC. Hopefully nothing happens... Not sure why they wouldn't have eMailed me that letter.

Thanks for filling me in on what you got. Yeah, I got the same thing in MyCIC, so I uploaded the documents there, but I also used the IRCC web form (case specific enquiry) and sent them through there as well. I called twice to ask what to do and both times was told to use the web form to send the documents. So hopefully the fact that I sent them the additional documents through two different means will ensure that they get it lol I'm not expecting any sort of confirmation from them so I'm going to give it a few weeks and call just before the due date to make sure that they've received them.

I'm in the same boat as you. It feels eerily quiet around here after all the excitement of so much movement in November. I am at 3 weeks on background check, but there are quite a few August apps that are at one month+. I wish I had won the 2 weeks only background check lottery! Do you think anyone is even at the VOs this week or next? haha

Ugh Yessss! 4+ weeks in Background Check. Going nuts over here. Still holding out what hope I have left for a DM before Xmas. Good Luck to everyone

I'm convinced my officer has been on vacation for weeks now

However, the work permit department is on the ball! I got my work permit, just a week and a day after submitting it! (i applied through the IEC program again, since PR is taking a bit longer than hoped for!)

Almost 2 months since SA and file transfer to Mexico City VO and no word. I guess with the holidays coming we wont hear anything until January. At least an AOR2 would make me happy at this point...

I'm waiting for three months since they notice me ... a long time, I guess the letters send them by plane and not by boat hahaha

This is my aplication status:

this is about your SA or sponsorhip approval you should have receive an email
indicating what the decision is

I mentioned that there is nothing on my cic about this approval of SA. She advised to report it via technical problem on my Cic. They didn't send anything via mail.!

Infact the surprise part is that agent called me back boz while first agent told that she will inform concern department than she call back that it need to be completed by me

I have the same issue. I was approved a a sponsor on nov 25th and am still waiting for the mailed letter. My online cic account still does not say decison made on the sponsor side either.
