I see in the spread sheet that people know the day they received 'AOR' and 'SA'. Where does one see this info?

If you didn't get anything for both, I would call to make sure they have your correct email on file, for all future correspondence.

Hello September 2016 club! Hoping the best for us all! I applied on sept 26 and never received an email for AOR so last week I called and over the phone and was told I have SA! now like many of you I'm having trouble linking my application to follow the process. I've been locked out the last 3 days (had 5 wrong attempts). In a few hours I can try again. Thanks to everyone for posted exactly how you filled in how to link! I went through each message in the forum and am hoping that today it's going to work for me, based on what you've shared. When I know my timeline I'll put it on the spreadsheet. Really happy to connect with you all here for info and support!!

In my case, we received AOR1 with application number and everything, we started tracking the process through ECA's, we saw there was a "decision made" on Sponsorship Process since October 25th and it was written a correscpondence was sent on the same day, but we didn't receive any mail or email.
I'm worried and thinking about calling them too. Can you please tell me the number or where I can find it? Did you call in the morning as some recommended?

I think so, because it avoids them having to ask for it later. Which can slow you down a little bit.

The number I called to find out is 1-888-242-2100. I still haven't received any emails and nothing on my application giving dates. Good luck with the call!

Have you tried 1 for the number of applicants? The stuff in the spreadsheet didn't really help me either. I got mine putting all the correct info (including city of birth) with the problem being the number of applicants. Someone in another thread mentioned trying 1 and that was what worked for me.

i tried 1 and then 2.... but it didnt work
also my husband was born in st-ann's bay so im not sure how to write it... st-ann's bay / st.anns.bay / st ann .... I tried a few and then I was blocked....

Totally understand, I've decided to log in to ecas and myCIC on Monday's only, to make the waiting seem less long

The UCI # is generated before AOR2. Not sure at what stage (my guess is when your package is opened or at AOR). I have yet to receive an email, but I called and got my. Number over the phone.

We called this morning and found out we received sponsor approval on 10/28. The agent said they were going to send an e-mail to Mississauga about why we never received the SA e-mail in the first place.
