September 2015 PNP CIC Applicants

Dear All,

Here is my timeline:

MPNP Nomination: 1st August, 2015

Application received by CIO: 22nd September, 2015

AOR with UCI, EP number: 2nd December, 2015

File Transfer to Hong Kong Visa office: 13/1/2016

Document Requested: Mentioned in the email as: Not yet submitted: PCC (from JAPAN), child hospital birth certificates, RPRF, Household register (as I am currently residing in Beijing, China), Copy of the biodata page of my passport.

Documents for principal applicant (me), if not submitted (But I have submitted with MPNP online application): Employer reference letter, Educational certificates and transcripts (post secondary), Language (IELTS), Proof of funds, Employment Reference letter for my wife.

Medical request (included forms): 13/1/2016

All requested documents and Medical examination must be done within 30 days from the date of this letter (email).

Now I would like to request you to guide me whether I should submit all documents that I have already submitted to MPNP online application . Or, I could send a copy of the documents (which I have) along with a letter stating that I have already submitted all these documents to MPNP. However here I attached for your reference. Obviously I will submit documents that has not been submitted yet. Actually HK VO has categorically mentioned those documents, that I did not submit yet. I need your expert opinion in this regard.

I am sorry I am don't know what to tell you. You could always call cic helpline for doubt I suppose. Pls wait for other members response. Meanwhile you can also ask experts of other groups like dec 2014, May 2015 PR applicants. They have what'sapp group for open discussions. You might get more responses from that group.


I didn't mean that this group members are not experts. But Few members in those groups are like super professionals.

I was already thinking about many bad things... Like application return, I was wondering if they lost it.... But NOOOOO!!!! I'm soooo happy!!! IT IS IN PROCESSSS!!!! Wooohooooo!!!

Hi Awesome!! I tried to see mine too and it is not showing yet!!!
Maybe it is like that because the ECAS is only updated on Tuesday's. Maybe this coming Tuesday, it will show!!

oh wow.. I just tried to log in ecas using my receipt payment number, hola!! I have my application being process January 11.. but I don't have any idea whats my AOR because I forgot to put my email address in my application. My ecas showing "in process" Thank God.
