Just wanna know, if we get COPR along the Passport from CIC ? or do they ask for some other documents after Visa and before issuing us COPR ?

Hi Zareef, may I ask you how long did you wait to get to the next step after submitting your police certificate? I'm in the same situation, and I have done the fingerprint check. I don't know when I can get PPR, so upset...

This must be received at this office by: 2016/04/12

Do I need to fill some kind of form or I should just reply the email and mention my address and some kind of proof of residence of past 6 months?

Medical complete - March 11th
Upfront RPRF - March 15th
Request RPRF - March 16th

Hopefully COPR is next! I'm hoping to get Decision Made next week. Is that realistic?

Need Help!

I have been asked following information by CIC:

Client Information: Provide your residency history for the past 6 months to date.
This must be received at this office by: 2016/04/12

Do I need to fill some kind of form or I should just reply the email and mention my address and some kind of proof of residence of past 6 months?

If you have applied for Visa or work permit earlier, in the WP/Visa forms there used to be a page for residency history. It was a table with columns - From ( MM/YYYY) , To (MM/YYYY) , Address , total period in months

Just create that table on a page, fill the details , write one liner declaration stating that above information is correct , sign it and put date and place. Scan this page and attach it to the email reply. Write your information i.e. UCI, application number , it will be also good if you can write same details as on the scanned page scanned page into email body.

I think that should be sufficient.

yes you will receive COPR along with a single entry visa on your passport to Canada so that you can go and come back for Landing.

wait for the PPR. just watched ecas and using the receipt no try to login to ecas if you are able to see your file status then they accepted your fees and you will get PPR within a week or so.
