Except protest we can not do anything, decide

So my MP called CIC n was told of course the same thing i saw in my notes in june, nothing has been started expect criminal checks, mp said to call him back in 90 days n should have an update, i asked if they were jst going to get rid of the CEC n refund our fees as i heard it as a rumour only n she said that wont happen but in 3 months we would have a better idea when the application will be finilized as of now they dont have a deadline

I called the CIC, this time she start encourage me to withdraw my CASE .

She asked me again and again, Would you want withdraw your application or not ?

I said no, then she said, you can only waiting.


I have no idea what's that mean .

This is weired, you know what we need to do something, and I already said this way back in my thread , nothing will work if we sit back and relax, they are working on EE

I am sure even they cut off all the cases now, protest won't work, just google the history . protest never work for it .

Post your comments related to Pre jan 2015 CEC Applications. I have not seen a single post so far in favor of Pre jan 2015 CEC Applications. I have posted few but no response so far. We need posts from more people.
2. Send Email to Minister John McCallum
3. Send email to your Local MP
4. Send message in twitter to Minister and Local MP.

"Dear XYZ:

Thank you for your e-mail of November 5, 2015, addressed to the Honourable John McCallum, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, concerning your application for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class.

Our records confirm that your application was recently approved, and that officials at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa sent a Confirmation of Permanent Residence document to your address in XYZ, on November 18, 2015.

I hope that this information is helpful.

So I guess I can call myself a Permanent Resident soon!!! Wink

Whether my email to the Immigration Minister expedited the process I don't know, as a couple of June people are now seeing status updates. But I had also contacted my local MP in beginning of September and she got back to me that "background checks are in process".
On my latest GCMS notes, that I just received THIS monday, my criminality was still in progress and security not started. So this is really a very very recent update.

I wish all other June applicants that they will receive PPR and COPRs soon! This forum has helped me a lot through this progress.

This is a response for June application, which had their AOR before OCT 21, 2014.
I am suspecting that applications with AOR date after OCT 21, 2014 will never be processed, considering that CIC already returned applications received after OCT 21, 2014.

Another week is passed, they have stopped working on our file's.
