Eligibility passed is final the decision after all other sub activities are passed. if your GCMS notes are positive that means if you see comments like 'Recommendation to pass' comments. At this point of time we can go-ahead do upfront medicals. If you see 2nd review required then upfront medicals waste of money and time because we cannot predict when that 2nd review will be done.

Yes, but then again recommendation to pass is usually soon followed by the medical request, right?
GCMS notes are out of date by like a month by the time we get it, so if we see recommendation to pass, then most of us would have received an MR before getting the notes.

Yes. I meant 'RECOMMENDATION: Appears to meet requirements'.

You should see similar notes from this thread then you are good - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/1st-gcms-notes-feedback-t278713.0.html

Wow... that like doing nothing at all on the file. When i received my notes on March 24 for Feb 24th it said the same thing... mostly blanks and criminality in progress and RCMP was clear with no possible traces found.

Was there anything mentioned at the bottom last 3 pages under the NOTE section>?

Guys...order your GCMS notes by July end. CIC works on your file after 6 months of receipt of AOR.

Up until 2 weeks ago, I was thinking that the processing time is 12-13 months from the date our applications are received at CIO. Well, all we can do now is wait 4 more months....
