Yes i did receive a code. Then from that it asks if you want to apply online, i completed that step which involved another series of questions and at the end it submitted those questions via my CIC account.

yes thats correct. Thru the cic account it will ask u to fill up the extend my stay /work form online, attach a photo, make a payment etc

Unfortnately i cant send it to you cos it is available right inside ur cic account work permit extension application kit.
Make sure to check properly and follow each step or else you wont be able to apply online.

When I have to check status in online? Usually when status will be available online after getting AOR?

My friend got AOR today, His application reached on sep 15th and DD charged on DEC 5th.

You may wanna provide more information like Country of Origin, NOC code, Application submitted..etc. look at the sheet.
