Hehe. That would actually be a good idea... I was always wondering why we give so much information in our sheets. Imagine that we say something bad about CIC (all of us do that) and they do a small research... they can link our application with the forum username!

I too applied for my CEC PR in September. MY credit card hasn't been charged yet. Checked the cic website and it says that the cap for 8000 has been reached. does anyone know if the 8000 is the number of applications received or is it the number of applications that have been opened? if its the later what happens to the applications not opened ?

Sent out the application on 26th september. The delivery service confirmed that it was received on 29th.

CIC did not ask for extra envelop. You had to submit 2 address labels. that's it.

oh, I can answer it very well, I met same problem and ask it in this forum,

someone met same problem too, he told me, he have landed.

now mine have been charged.

so don't worry.
