Guys I just received Ready for Visa email(PPR) today.

Sep 22, 2014 App filed
Feb 3, 2015 AOR email
Feb 25, 2016 Medical request (Mar 9, ecas showed medical result have been received)
Mar 5, 2016 Upfront RPRF
Mar 16, 2016 NOA & T4 requested
Apr 9, 2016 ecas added AOR date line(second line)
Apr 10, 2016 decision made in ecas
Apr 14, 2016 Ready for Visa/PPR email

Wow. Congratulations. Did they have any update in your Ecase before 'Ready for Visa' email?

Nope. ECAS status is still "in-progress".

If you have already not done, request GCMC notes right away. The notes will give a clear picture.

I haven't seen any new PPRs or COPRs issued by CIC for the last seven days. There is something going on with CIC I think they have their own order and they don't tell it to anyone. I just checked the Google sheet and at least 60% of Sep applicants haven't heard anything from CIC after RPRF Request.

I think we are the only one waiting now, I did medical on 8th March ecase updated but no PPR. I think some people getting PPR and ecase still show's in process.
I hope we will get something tomorrow

And I saw that my status have changed to decision made,
However, I'm from via-exempt country,
Does anyone know what's the next step?

1.We received your application for permanent residence on September 16, 2014.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 29, 2015.
3.We started processing your application on January 30, 2015.
4.Medical results have been received.
