I also received MR and payment instructions together. Shouldnt the payment happen after the decision is made? Can someone throw more light on this???

Plz help in resolving my doubt
My friend who is the PA ,his wife's passport is of Pakistan
It gets renewed every year from Indian embassy as she lives here
Since long .
Now once they got their passport renewed this time
The embassy guy told them that for Canadian visa you need a
Printed passport , whereas from India they issue only handwritten .

Is this the actual case ...?
He said if u want to get the printed passport you need to go to Pakistan
To get it issued .

Plz help as my friend is quite worried

Dear vikassinghal,
This is the correct working style of VO. They usually ask for MR+RPRF+PCC (if not submitted initially) all together and not after the decision is made. The next line in e-case after medicals will be 'Medicals received on .......' and then the 'Decision Made'. They then ask for the passport for visa stamping. Passport request and then decision made on e-case can also happen.....but the payment time is now....so congratulations friend for MR!!

My assumption was the RPRF fee was for issuing the visa. So I thought it is a little odd that they are charging the fee without making a decision to issue the visa. What if the decision is negative? Will the fee be refunded?

No thats not an AOR.An aor is an email in which ur vo is mentioned.

did u maintain the required balance in your account?
they asked statement or reference letter from bank..?
