I am a september 26 applicant and waiting for cc charge and PER. I have inquired my case from CIC through my representative and he said that your application has passed through initial completeness review, now waiting for data entry and acknowledgment. What does it mean, please comment..................................

Please can you let me know what NOC # you applied from ?

Mine is NOC 2171, 5th Sep 2014 application reached CIC Sydney Canada but my CC is still not charged.

How did you enquire about your case, Please can you let me know as i am in the same position.

My NOC is 2171 , application reached Sydney Canada on 5th Sep 2014 and money is not yet deducted from my CC.

Kindly help how you got to know that it have passed through initial completeness review, it would be really helpful.

As you have mentioned that you got it from your representative kindly ask them how they came to know ?

When did CIC deducted money from your CC? On which date?
In a previous post you are saying that you are still waiting to be charged your CC...

My application was received by D. Macneil on 17th september at 10:46 am, Me also did not hear anything from CIC.
May I know your NOC and mode of payment and either it is charged or not?
As you said your application is recieved by MIke may i know at what time it reached there on 17th September

I am also 17th September DD applicant. I do not know DD has been charged or not. I have UCI but ECAS also not active. Do not know what is going on but still hoping that good news will come.

Confirmed with my lawyer in Edmonton CC not charged yet....

But if its NER why CIC will charge CC? They shd just send back the documents...

If CC is charged then that implies to PER only right?
Pls advice....

Please see the link below. If you received NER at CIO then fees will not be collected so that means you will be eligible for a refund.

and what is the latest DD charged for noc 1112? ....Are they not opening any of the 1112 applications at all? anyone in this forum with this NOC?
