immigration pictures and passport pictures are totally different. And if you go by CIC guidelines and instructions they clearly mentioned if the guidelines are not followed your application will be returned back to you.

sorry to say but looking at the previous records and experience people shared there are 99% chances that your file will be returned. And unfortunately there is no notification given to the applicant about the rejection. you will get to know once you receive your file, which you generally receive almost after 1-1.5 months of them rejecting it.

Is there a posibility that CIC may have updated some NOC like 2173 as capped before it was actually capped. Just being very optimistic though. Might be they want to stop the rush of applications from Nov for this NOC as it would be capped by then.

Adaptability points!!

Can I earn points against adaptability criteria as one of my cousin brother (My Aunt's Son i.e. My Mother's Sister's Son) is living in Canada

If yes what documents I would be requiring to proof the relationship ??

Did anybody here claimed points with same situation

U can chk requirment on cic website or search on Google u will have exact requirements n do it as early as posible cause 15 dec is last date alomost it took 13 days cause of vacations in dec to recived your application by cic

Chk on cic wibsite or goto your photographer they know exact size of Canadian photo requirment tell them you required it for canada
They took photo so that your ears are viaible and different picture size then passport one

Write down your name on the back of all 5 photos

It Wednesday, and I am surprised no CC charges yet for Sept.
Let hope for next week, till weekend, as 2132 28th August got charged today via CC. So Sept applicants aint far away.

The courier has been delivered on Sep 17 2014 . Lets when my CC is being charged , Everyday this is the first thing I check on my Cell
