is it confirmed that Completenes check has been done for sep 2nd week applicants? mine was received by cio on 15th sep.CC not charged yet.please help . Thanks

For case specific query, you need to e-mail at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry[at]cic.gc.ca . Mention your full name and date of birth, receive date etc.
Via Phone
Getting in touch on the phone:
1. Call at – 0016139444000
2. Select 1 for English
3. Then 1 for foreign affair
4. 2 for immigration
5. Call is being transferred to CIC
6. Then 1 for English
7. 2 for status
8. 1 for PR

If you don't have a UCI and want to obtain it :
1. When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
2. Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

If you already have a UCI and want to check the status:
1. In last IVR system ask you to enter your UCI
2. Once you enter your UCI,
3. If system directs you directly to agent without any announcement it's means your payment is not Encashed yet
4. If after entering your UCI, you listen the announcement like ” your application has received on xxx day” it's means you have been charged now wait for the PER

Do all applicants get UCI number by calling on the number you provided?

I am sep 25th Applicant for NOC 2173. There is almost 99% chance that cap was reached. So I need to prepare for alternatives. Does anyone know when my application would be returned ? As it includes Orignal IELTS Score card which is required even if I need to apply for something else. Also is it worth holding the funds in bank account or just release the funds as application will be returned after a month maybe.

Guys,
When they open your packet they allocate UCI# for you. So even returned/rejected application forms will have UCI#. If you call them and ask for UCI# it doesnt confirm that you are in. Only when your CC/DD is encashed it means PER is on your way. I feel there is no use if u call them and get your UCI#.

Better stay calm, feel relaxed, think positive and wait for your turn. Everyone over here is definitely going to make it

U can get another ielts test result by requesting aeo or british council eherr u have taken test.
Same is the case with bank certificate request ur branch to issue another certificate for u

My Cisco friend that will be a good move as it's worth to try and will give you and everyone a relief.

But he is from the hottest noc 2171 and that might be the reason that his file has been checked.

You will have to call DHL call center to get to know who received your application. They dont update it online. Moreover Completeness check is going on for September applicants so now if u call CIC they will tell that they dont have any info.
