My file was delivered on 19-Sep-2014. NOC 2173 No PER recieved yet. Currently reached 699 so I was worried... Any idea if I am in Cap or not...Huh

I sent my application September 2014 and I am yet to receive any information. But I will like to change my destination city from British Columbia to manitoba. Please can you advise me on the steps to take? Wil I need to fill and send another generic application form?

No,need of sending another generic form.
You can stay in any of the province aside from Quebec once you landed.

My friend's CC was charged last night. His NOC is 2171 and application reached CIC on 20 August 2014. I think that September applications must be undergoing completeness check now. I am a September applicant. Waiting for the good news now. Fingers crossed.

Hello People,

One of the best mornings for me as my CC got charged today

M a 25Aug applicant NOC 2171....got a call @ 7.30am from HDFC Hyd for confirmation of debit and within seconds a debit message was there in my inbox...thanks everyone in the forum,I appreciate senior members for their round the clock dedication and support to others.

Mine is 2171 - File received on 25th SEP.. hope you are right bro..

but would like to know why are they targeting some selective NOC ? Is it because the CAP is filling up fast for these NOC ?
