Go here http://visacentral.sg/sample-visas.php, and then choose Canada. The UCI on that sample starts with 902. That is the place of the UCI on the visa.

I think I have it, since I went to Canada twice. The first one I was studying in there and the second one just visiting. But is this number important for me to checkanything about my FSWP status? I´m just not understanding why are you guys talking about it. (sorry)

If you have it you can use it to check ECAS here https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en.
It should show the status of your app few days before PER mail.

A few days before my PER mail... ok.. thanks
But so far I´m still waiting to have my cc charged.

Then ECAS will show nothing at the moment. But could be useful after you get charged.

Normally it works. Usually it's pretty slow. But you are right, it doesn't load now.
