strange . so how did CIC know that your income actually is 30k and 11k is incorrect .

If you can resend your forms by tomorrow, there is a possibility that u can still be in the cap.do u have all the documentation ready now, if so post it tomorrow, ur app will reach cic by Monday or tuesday...

If mechanical reaches the cap, all you loose is just the courier charges, go ahead & submit your app to CIC do not delay any further.

r u saying that u hav more than 1 years of exp in total and hav only 1 year of exp in the noc u r applying?
if so revisit ur roles & responsibilities and reapply.

if possible post the 'REASON OF REJECTION' here sent by CIC.
