I have seen several posts by applicants confirming that their application submission date in September. Last legit post I saw was 16th September application who confirmed his CC got charged.

so it all depends on case to case and NOC as well.

and ys! It takes time to get PER

Is that date correct? I mean, what about people from 17 - 23? Is jumping from 16 to 24? It´s hard to believe that the other days didn´t have any application.

Not true mate, I'm sept 9, no charge yet, no mail yet. Most CCs have been charged: (This confirms the first part of my statement) but DDs not yet.

DD is slower than CC, so for you, September 19, I would expect the DD for December 08 - 20. Perhaps...

i think case processing is not based on any set pattern, might be changed time to time, we should keep patience and pray for best outcome.

They might be focusing on a NOC to cap it.
Plus We are only hearing CC news instantly, DD apps in between the dates r being entertained by sending DD's to CIC's financial dept. for encashments. Also 20/21 were weekends.
