Wait wait n see .... Good luck for all of us... I m little worried abt my experience letter... In it duties are not mention.. But my consultant is saying if there s a problem cic wil advise it. But I m worried advise means to reject my case

you mean your company never listed your job duties in your reference letter ?

CIC will not advise anything to anyone ... they are there to check your application for completeness not for correction. If there would be anything missing as per the checklist or instruction guide .. most likely CIC returns your application.

you should counter your consultant on this because that is not correct information.

Yes actually I was hoping that CC or DDs have been charged for applications received after 15th Sept. I am worried about the Christmas break...that wait will be killing.

NO DD encashment yet... it feels pathetic, I cant even sleep properly nor eat properly... so much of stress

Correct ...... yesterday I saw one post where the sept 16th applicant confirmed CC charged !!!

CC or DD encashment is happening randomly no fixed date ... it all depends on the complexity of the applicants file.

an applicant with no dependent and 1 yr of experience has a simple file to review, however an applicant with 3-4 dependants and 6-7 yrs of experience will have more data to review hence more time and effort.

it all makes sense ....

CIC people are trying their best ... however they should atleast send some confirmation to applicants confirming that they received their file and will contact if they pass the first phase ....

they just leave you hanging ....

Hello September Guys!!!

Why are you killing urself? Don't worry and wait at least one more months to go or more. Ur times begins in late December or First of New Year (Jan). Still Sept applications will be delayed by Christmas holiday.


Keep patience! Still it has been only for 1st August applicants, 2 half of August will be in operation in late December.

Then only for September.

Anyway Good luck Guys!!!
