What is the difference between PER and AOR??

I have received an email from nova scotia central intake office stating that I am eligible and they have put my application in process.
They have also mentioned the date of my DD encashment and allotted me UCI and application number.
The E-mail states that ....

"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.



Your application has now been placed into processing.



This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your payment dated 31 December 2014 in the amount of $550.00 Canadian dollars."

Now I want to know is it my PER or AOR?
What is the difference between the two.

My Timeline:

Application Received at CIO : 28th October, 14
DD Charged : 31st December, 14
NOC : 2131
Country of Residence : Saudi Arabia

What you received is a PER which stands for Positive Eligibility Review issued by CIO. AOR means acknowledgment of receipt issued
by local Visa office to inform the applicant that they have received the applicant's files after it has been transferred by the CIO to them.
However, there are lvos that do not issue AOR.

My applicant was received 23rd Sep 2014. I was charged on 18 Dec 14. No PER received so far (NOC 0111). So worried!

Guys, I just received PER 10 minutes ago, after 44 days. Hope who are waiting for PER will recevie the good news soon!

Congratulations! You should receive the PER after 47 days not 44 days, right? What reasons do you think delayed the PER?
My payment was deducted on 17th Dec. No per until now.

My visa office is LVO . . it means they wont send me an AOR?

sorry but i dont know if LVO issues AOR? Maybe other forumites who have the same processing vo as you can answer your question.

Can anyone advise me how to proceed after getting PER? I changed my job after sumbitting my file and get PER notified on Jan 8th. Shall I notify the CIC about my employer change and also send additonal documents regarding my current job?

WAIT TILL U GET UR FILE TRANSFERRED TO VISA OFFICE THEN U CAN UPDATE UR FILE OR SEND ADDITIONAL DOCS ,THATS WHAT I KNOW BUT ASK SENIORS AS WELL
