Congratulation for all Sep applicants who received PER, I have received PER on 7 Dec 2014, right now the online status still show this line only "We received your application for permanent residence on September 2, 2014." is it OK ? as they did not show that I am eligible, and when should I expect the next update?

You getting your PER means you were eligible , PER it's self is Positive Eligibility Review.
Your next line will be "We received your application...." , this 2nd line usually is updated after 40-90 days and 15-25 days before you are about to receive your MR, best of luck

MR is a function of PER received date, earlier PER applicants pending MR at the VO and individual case. It's not dependent on the application received date. I think application received date is one of the dependent factors for PER. For example, an August applicant who just received PER in December might possibly get MR after a September applicants who got PER in December with same NOC, same VO and possible simple case for background check (all things being equal).

GUYS I WOULD REQUEST ALL THOSE SEP APPLICANTS WHOSE CC/dd charged N HAVE GOT THE PER THAT PLEASE FOLLOW JULY APPLICANTS AND AUGUST APPLICANTS THREADS TO GET MORE CLEAR PICTURE WHEN WILL UR SECOND LINE WILL GET UPDATED

Very true. MR mail lands from at least 40 - 45 days after PER for applicants outside Canada VO, all things being equal.

Thank you, but I think many applicants receives their MR within 40 days after PER, may be it depends on VO.

My application (NOC:0113) received on Sep-9th, DD en-cahsed on Dec-2nd, but till now no PER/NER email received... I can log on my ecas and it shows "In Progress". I see most September applicants under same NOC have received their PER. Anybody has the same situation? What should I do? ??? Please advice! Many thanks.

Hi SDS, being skinny is not a disease, its just how God created you, medicals are mainly done to check if you have problems that will harm and affect the Canadian society and people , like HIV, and TB etc. transferable diseases.
