Hi guys, My application was received on 4 Sep NOC 2171 DD Mode.
Still in dark & worried. Waiting for any positive news.
Is there any chances.
Any news for 2171 sep applicant for encashment/file returned or anything.

December 15, 2014 Update (For NOC2131 September Applicants only)
Total Applicants = 15 (billoo53 and Mz. Johnson have no entry in SS)
Modes of Payment = 9 CC / 6 DD
Fee Charged = 8 CC / 1 DD
Last CC Charged = 14th December (Applicant of 30th September)
Last DD Charged = 28th November (Applicant of 5th September)
PERs Issued = 0

Only 1CC of 15th September is left to be charged. Then DDs with a sequence of 9th September, 10th, 17th 17th and 18th will be charged. I think CIO has submitted the drafts to bank to be encashed, and within this week inshallah our DDs will be charged as NOC 2131 is somewhat a hot NOC nowadays... Good luck...

1) My address in passport doesnt match with that of my current residing address.
2) I have enough address proof for my current residing address.
3) I dont want to go in for a address change at this moment .
Kindly tell me what are the possible ways to get PCC which is accepted by CIC?

i wonder what happened to our noc 0113, late again for per same as with charging? so i guess its true that noc 0xxx really takes a lot longer for movement from one desk to another.

its been 21days since ccc still i dont see any 0113 from september who got per.
any 0113 september applicant received per yet???? ??? ???

You are obviously confused. Take note of popoy's reply to you:

There is already documented evidence (found in the 2013 and 2014 spreadsheet) that applying for 2 NOC's in one application GUARANTEES rejection of application in the completeness check stage of the process. I'd take the word of forum seniors (who constantly read and help others for free) over so-called "consultants" any time of the day.

The previous statements did confuse me. I agree yes i indicated only 1 NOC for part a and my other NOCs in Part B. Its already clear to me now. Thanks

I think 2171 is the slowest NOC in terms of progress and its quite strange that there is no response even after more than 3 months

Thats true Naveed.

Everyone seems to be silent about the NOC 2171.
No one is reporting anything or CIC has stopped charging !!!

Don't worry bro. Not much of Sep Applicants have received the PER yet. Hoping for the best!! Keep fingers crossed.
