Yes. I hope no more NER mails. The good thing is, even a NER mail can be turned if properly justified by an applicant unless he really falls below 67 points.

Good to see some movement at cio several cc/dd charges and also pers.

Great that noc 0xxx is moving along, as I've read in ternational forum 0xxx takes alittle longer to process. This seems true with the flow of per/cc/dd charging pattern these past 2 days and at the tiime I was charge.

So my hope is per by weekend or arly next week. Let it be ;D

Ok, haven't heard about a NER mail in a while now

Heard of 2 or 3 NERs from Chinese applicants here. Unfortunately fell below 67 points, different cases:
- WES reports says "four years of study" instead of "bachelor's degree", so -1 point for this applicants;
- Wrote the main NOC for all the years of experiences and the recommendation letters dont support accordingly..

Heard of another case got denied eventually at the local VO because the spouse is not going to accompany then the spouse's points could not be added so he fell short of 67 points..

If the cic cap is not yet reach we still have a chance as long as your confident with your files completeness...


And maybe.. they are still clearing the back logs they have made during the clearing of IT related noc's

NOC 2131 Update as per Spreadsheet (for September only):

Total Applicants = 12
Modes of Payment = 7 CC / 5 DD
Fee Charged = 2 CC / 1 DD
Last CC Charged = 26th November (Applicant of 11th September)
Last DD Charged = 28th November (Applicant of 5th September)
No PER yet...

After 28th November they have not opened any 2131 case... Why???

Please update if there is any other information for NOC2131...

Im not sure, my husband's the one who filled out most of the forms.. But based on the info i know so far, we didnt commit any big mistakes i hope...

My application for NOC1111 was received on September 2 then got cc charged on November 23 but until now no PER yet.. I also read that there was NOC 1111 applicant who already got PER last December 9 with the same application date..

Now, I'm very worried because until now I haven't received the PER..

Ya dude u r right. But issuance of Per depends on vo. The person you are talking about is from sgvo. M also under noc1111. Sep 4applicant . my dd encashed on 28/11. But no per yet.

Let's hope for the best. Which is your go?
