May I ask what is the purpose to create / update the tracking sheet ?
We are going to send our application in next few days. Do I also have to create a sheet for October and why.

Please can anyone advice

Hi kmishal, I think the purpose is to have a support group while waiting for the visa to come and likewise to track the progress of our applications. Osdamour of Senegal has already created a thread for October Outland applicants. You might want to check this link.You can even pose questions to help you finalize your application. Im sure most of the forum members are very much willing to answer your questions if there are any. God Bless

hello everyone. i have a quick question. I can now access our e-cas but when i opened it my husband's name was different from the name in our application. Mart is the real name but in e-cas it's Mark. will it cause any problem? if we want to change it where are we going to send it? who we should contact? thanks!

I don't think its something you need to worry about since your file is still being processed though your file number. I would sent an email to the address for the VO that was provided in your sponsorship approval email, to get it corrected.

Thanks. The application was tracked and received on Sep 27 . We are now back in Singapore where the wait begins.

hi there again guys... i tried to open the Online Application or ECAS using my hubby's UCI# then i was able to opened it... it's stated in Sponsorship Application Status column "Decision Made" then when i clicked the link it says:

"We received XXXXXXX application for permanent residence on September 4, 2013."
"We sent you a letter on September 24, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

I just want to know, what does it mean? is it positive? >_<

hi there again guys... i tried to open the Online Application or ECAS using my hubby's UCI# then i was able to opened it... it's stated there "Application Received", then when i clicked the linked, it says "We received XXXXXXX application for permanent residence on September 4, 2013."..
I just want to know, what does it mean? IF all our papers are already complete?
like what I've said from previous post we dont get any AOR from my hubby's email...

It just means what it says. They've received it and they're working on the SA. I would take it as AOR even though you haven't received an email yet. Many seem to get AOR and SA together and sometimes just SA so it's nothing to be concerned about. Especially since they've confirmed receipt of the package on ECAS.

tnx for the replay DutchCanadian... i just edited my post to change some info on it coz i tried to clicked some link there... and i found out that they've send a letter already on my husband last Sept24 for the verdict of the application... do you think its a positive one? tnx

My status is also the same format and it was good news so stay positive .

OMG it really give us headache!
ive checked our status online again to verify the mailing address reflected there, then we found out that the postal code is incorrect, it shows theres 4F6 but t supposedly 4E6.. this might be the reason why my husband dont get anything from their mailbox for almost 3weeks now...how we may able to update the postal in his address? should we need to call or just click the button there "update this home address"...

question: how would i know if my application will be transfer to our VO? are we going to get another notification about it, normally in what way? Or if you got your SA already is it automatically they going to transfer it to specific VO? thankyou...

No they will not notify us if they already transferred our file to our VO, some here says that we will just know the date of file transfer if you got your ppr. Goodluck to us.

Oh i See... so the next step after the SA will be PPR, ryt?
because as ive noticed to some of our "kababayan's" timeline they have File Transfer specific in their profile.. so i thought we will still be notified if they going to forward our apps to CEM...
