No guys, I received sponsorship approval email on oct 26. I cant log into my account and on my husband's account all it sais is We received your application for permanent residence on September 10, 2012.

Medical results have been received. ...isnt is supposed to say decision made? can anyone help me with this..does it mean they havent transferred our application to vienna yet? :(

On your husbands side it won't say decision made until the VO makes a decision. It will only say decision made on your side and that is the decision for your approval to sponsor

Thank so much for your reply! I do know it takes a while to hear back from the visa office, I just find it a little bit odd that my file doesnt even exist when I use my UCI to log in..it says there is an error. I guess I would just like to be able to log in and see that my application was approved and sent over to Vienna at this point. I feel like everyone else is able to see that update. But I guess the most important thing is that I got the actual approval email :)

The exact same thing happened to me, I ended up having to email the webmaster for CIC to find out that for my birth year they had put a different year, hence why i couldn't log in on my side but I could log into my husbands side only. They told me what year was inputted and now I can see my side using the incorrect birth year......weird but I can live with it LOL

That's strange. I check mine too and it's the exact same thing. Maybe we'll just have to wait for an update to appear like In Process or whatever other statuses there could be.

Mine is also like that. Maybe they will update it again any days this week.

Just so you know what I am talking about. When I log onto ECAS with my UCI# this is what it says:

Sponsorship Application(s)

Sponsored Person Sponsorship application status Permanent Residence Application Status
**name of Hubby** Decision Made Application Received

You should be able to click on the Decision Made and the Application Received and it will send you to another page with other information on it. My decision made page just says that they mailed a letter to me Oct 4th with the decision they made regarding the sponsorship approval and the Application received page just says they received my application on March 1, 2012.

Hope that helps you.

BTW - I've just realized that there (in the system) is still no info about my medicals. :-X
I did it 2 months ago AND I attached a note saying that even though I apply from the outland, please take the result from Ottawa's database.
Last year when I did the medicals for my working visa it took them a month to get it.

Aren't 2 months a bit too long?

As much as I know, medicals are reviewed by local visa office and not the CPC-M. So, no worries. I have the same case: medicals done in August, sponsorship approved and no word about medicals.

Thanks Godzilla9. :) Are we the only ones not sleeping? (at least here it's 1:50am :P)

Sometimes the medicals never appear on Ecas, it doesn't mean that they have not received it - just that they haven't updated it.
If you indicated Poland on the form that the DMP gave you ( and that you added to your application), then you should be fine... once you get the sponsorship approval, after a few days your file will be transferred to Poland and normally they will match your medicals and your application....
Good luck,
Sweden

Hi batch mates! :D ;) Got to logged in our E-cas..My hubby's name and address are on the top..and my name below as sponsored applicant, but the thing is his sponsorship only states *application received*.. We dont have yet any email or post mail coming from cic until now for his sponsorhip approval.. Is he already approved or not?

We just got the 2nd AOR letter, saying that the Warsaw office received the application. They mention that the average processing time is currently 6 months (not 8 months as stated on the CIC website). They gave us a date 3 months from now that we should contact them by if they haven't already contacted us. Very exciting to see, and hopefully they are even faster than expected! Good luck to everyone else on speedy approvals!

Congratulations and goodluck for the next stage. How many days did you wait for the 2nd AOR from the day you got approved? Thanks
