Hi guys, has anyone applied under the Arranged Employment Offer (AEO) category? I was transferred to Canada by my firm in the US and was exempt from the HRSC opinion paperwork. My lawyer stated that I can apply for the PR under AEO and won't need any paperwork to show HRSC opinion since I was exempt to begin with. Does this sound reasonable?

congrats on your approval!!! nice and fast... ecas can take anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of weeks to be updated....all you can do is keep checking!!!

so if want to know my status from Mississauga i enter my info in ecas ya and then once they approve me as a sponser and send my stuff to Delhi i put my spouses info to track on ecas ya.

A couple days after you get your sponsor approval you should be able to track yours and your wife's info on ECAS yes, the UCI# is for you and the Application # is for your wife.

actually it is my husband landing mid- November....we hope....still waiting for the Cuban government to release him....
