Right now they are processing Mid Oct. This data is gathered from our forum members who keep us updated about the progress of their applications.

You should expect to hear from them (get your PER) by end March or beginning of April. If you dont hear from them beyond that, do give them a call.

Dear Neda123...you are already in CAP. Please call CIC to get your UCI (Unique Client ID) and file number.

Lucky18, you shud hv heard from cic by now. Do call them on 2nd Jan and confirm your status. You should be easily in CAP, no worries about that. Call them and ask for your file number, then you can check your status in ECAS

DOB
Passport #
Application received date
NOC
Total Processing fee
total members.

Dont worry they ask from the information you provided.
One more thing they are very friendly.

Let me share with you my friend example.
My friend called them and asked about progress on his case.
The officer told him that his application has sent him back due to incomplete.
My friend came to know the reason, that it was reached there after cap when he received back his application.

Zee has already answered your first query approriately.

Some common reasons for rejection are:

CAP has reached
Forms / Documents incomplete
Duties and resposnsibilites do not match with NOC
Gap in calculation of points for education
In case of sponsorship points, family details of the family in Canada not being adequate.
Credit card could not be charged
Your overall points not adding up to 67 points

These are usually the reasons.

Sorry for that but your application package been returned by CIO as 3152 cap reached last July try to apply again next year once they open the new cap in July 2012 good luck
