Let's suppose If ircc needs any additional documents from me and they have sent an email but somehow i didn't not received that email. Now how can i know that? Will they update in gc key account like we have request for xyz documents?

On 4th September i raised a webform and today i got reply from them. In email they have written that they've send me an email on 31st august but i didn't received any email from them on that day. I have asked them to send me that email again. i am afraid that this should not be the document request email as now i don't have much time.

Check your SPAM folder. have they mentioned anything related to email? What type of email? Check GC Account for any change in the status or in inbox down below on the page. Do they have your correct email?

I checked everything but i didn't found it anywhere. No update in gc key after reviewing of eligibility. Yes they have correct email address.

Call IRCC tomorrow and tell them that you received this update from webform inquiry but haven't received an update yet. Request them to look in to file and update you on what is requested/sent.
