Sept 2020 App moved to Vancouver from Ottawa. How does it affect processing time? Can I still travel in this time?

Hello, my timeline is as followed:

App sent Sept 2020 from Ottawa
Application filed/AOR: Dec 14, 2020
Moved address from Ottawa to BC around Dec, 2020
Background check completed: March 22, 2021

So my processing office should be Vancouver right, or is it still Ottawa? Do you think moving the address to BC affected my processing time?

Furthermore, I planned to travel to Asia for 3 months to visit family. Can I do the tests/ceremony from outside of Canada given things are moving online, or do you think it's best to wait in Canada in the meantime?

Have you informed IRCC you moved to BC? If so, then your processing office may now be Vancouver.

You can now complete the Citizenship Test from outside Canada following IRCC instructions. However, you must be physically present in Canada to attend the online Oath Ceremony.

Yep I informed them around December! Good to know I can do the test from outside! So my travel plan is to go between mid Nov to end of Feb. What do you think are the chances I'll get to the oath before then?

I see that your background check is completed. Chances are you will get invited to take the test between now and Feb 2022 for sure. Oath may be farther into 2022, say April - June. Although this is only my observation based on the current trends with IRCC, can change anytime.

I've been following the spreadsheets as well, and it just seems like the Vancouver office is slower than others. Do you find that as well or am I just imagining things due to impatience?
