Hi,
I was just checking the points in the CRS points calculator, and found out that if I am the primary applicant I am getting a total of 415 points and if my wife is a primary applicant then she is getting 470 points(Age and Education factor). Is it possible that we both create separate profiles in Express Entry showing each other as spouse in the form? Then depending on who gets an ITA we process that as the primary applicant. Expert suggestions are requested. Thanks.

Yes, exactly.

Nothing stops you from creating two accounts where the primary applicant is different, but if if you are getting 470 where your wife is the primary applicant, then go for it as you will get an ITA in the next round of invitation.
