I am not living with my ex husband since seven years .I have a daughter who is 8 years old ..i want to migrate to Canada with her ..but I have separation deed ....and he has jus visiting rights once in a month ...but since 7 years he has not come to meet or nor given any exoenses ..i dont know wether he is alive or not ...so can I file for immigration to Canada .if I don't have consent letter for my daughter ..please do reply

1. Get sole custody from the Courts with the ability to remove the child from her country of birth. That is the only thing IRCC is going to accept without anything from the father.
