Am i going to loose my owp if i separate from him?

And how can i get "legal" separation? We have a baby together and what i need to do to be legal separated so he pays for a baby?

Please any advice is good i dont have money for a lawyer

Did you husband get a new LMIA and job after his layoff last year or did he stay in the country while not working?

You will not lose your OWP. You can remain in Canada and continue working until your OWP expires.

You need to speak with a family lawyer regarding support payments for your child. This isn't an immigration matter - it's a family law matter that needs the assistance of a lawyer.
