Hi. Im PR.

I get married with my gf december 2020 which I was dating two years. After marriage she left me and back to our home country for 5months and back to Canada. Shes on temporary visa til the end of 2022. We dont live together anymore, however I know that shes working illegal. I know that there is a lot of control now in town where shes working. We arent live together, however need to wait year to get divorced.

What can happened if border security will find out, that shes working illegal? Can I also get consequences of that? Can my application for citizenship might be in the future affected by that or I wouldnt be able sponsor anybody in the future ?

The only scenario when you might not be fine is that you were in a marriage of convenience AND you knew about it. If you were 100% truthful in your spousal sponsorship application you will not have problems, but be prepared that you might get a call from ircc to answer some questions.
Just because you know she works illegally doesn't mean that you respond for her actions. As long as she doesn't work for you.
Assuming that you you were again in a genuine relationship but it broke down for your personal reasons, you'll be fine.

Im not sponsoring her, she get to Canada as my wife, thats all. She show Marriage certificate from BC on the airport border and she didnt receive stamp or visa (which later cause problems, but she got letter from office in Ottawa).

So I shouldnt worried if she will have problems? What can happened if borders will figured out that shes working illegal, immediately deportation?

There is no impact to you or your citizenship application or your ability to sponsor someone in the future.

I'm sorry, I wrongly assumed that you are sponsoring her.
Totally agree with @scylla, no negative outcome for you.
What about her, it depends on the circumstances. If she was supposed to leave the country and didn't and works illegally that's deportation order, if she is only working illegally but can stay in the country as a visitor, this would be an exclusion order.
