sent urgent pr card renewal

Hi all

I sent in my pr card Urgently proof of travel written on my envelope. and of course went to post office and sent it xpress but then they put it in there xpress envelope. I said can i write urgent on your envelope she said dont worry about it because they will open it when it arrives.. some how i dont think this is true? any thoughts?

i still doubt because it happened with me as well.
you should have written urgent on the xpresspost envelope
