Do I receive something through the post? If you have mentioned your email address in your application, then most likely you will receive their response via email.

Have you had to submit the proof of funds yet? No, not at this stage. Proof of funds is submitted with full application to your local CHC... once the CIO, Sydney gives you a go-ahead.

Whats the 120 day email you have received?

in case of positive assessment, CIO-Sydney sends you an email and gives you a deadline of 120 days to submit your full application with all the supporting documents to your local CHC office. i received this email on 24th June and my deadline is 22nd october.. which means I will have to send my full application to my local CHC before 22nd october.

"in case of" does that mean Sydney hasn't said yes or no yet?

they have said yes to me. that's why i received 120 days email. i'm only explaining to you that in case sydney finds you eligible, they will send you an email giving you 120 days to submit your full application. otherwise, they will send you an email straightaway rejecting you. dont worry. hope you come right. good luck.
