Hi, I sent my passport from Boston to the Ottawa application center. It was received on monday at noon and signed by T.Tustin. It still says "Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details." under Final Decision. Is it normal that they haven't updated it yet?
