Sent FBI certificate through Registered Mail from US to India but in transit yet

I have sent my FBI certifcate to New Delhi CHC on May 19 and still in transit as per online status of postal services.

Anyone faces this much time to deliver the docs from US to India.

Mine was sent by FBI on 23rd March, I have not received it till date. So there are chances of loosing it in transit.

In my case I requested them to send one to my Cousin in US on 23rd April, which they did and I received the same in first week of May through my cousin
