Hi all, I would like to ask a question regarding sending additional documents.

I sent an update of my employment letter via mail by canada post and I confirmed with my tracking number that they received my letter, but I had no answer from them if they actually received and update my employment letter on the application. Should I email the employment letter as well?
but if I email the employment letter I would not have my employer signature on it, does it matter?

Leizifei, you can always send an email to OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca and check if they have received the document.
 
Hi Yahoo, yes I did sent an email asking if they received my letter, but no answer =(
so thats why I was wondering if I should sent another copy to their email.

The only number I am aware of is 1-888-242‑2100
 
Hi Leizifei- You can scan the emp. letter (with signature), and email them. Just mention that you have also sent a mail for the hard copy.
 
How will I know if CIC has received my application package, if I sent through courier?

Can I check anywhere or i have to wait till I get my AOR?
 
The only way you can track it is to make sure it is delivered by the courier company and by checking the invoice. Else you have to wait for the AOR. Try calling CIC too but I dont think they would be able to tell you.
 
I did not send an email with the documents, I sent them via mail, and I ask them via email if they have received my additional documents. They reply my email saying that they have received my additional documents and updated my file.
