I have sent two citizenship applications (for me and my mother) in the same envelope, in July this year. She has received an AOR email two days ago with her application number while I haven't heard from them yet.
As of today, her application status is "In Process" on ECAS. I've tried using the same application number (assuming its the same application) and my details to try and get the status of my application but I couldn't access it.
So my question is, is this normal to have one application in process and the other one not, even if they were mailed together in the same envelope? Also, is it the same application number for her and me? Any other tips from people who had the same situation are welcome.
