I will have one year Canadian experience in O category by Nov and will apply in NOv. Can I leave my present job after 1 year and still will get the points for 1 year experience under CECor do I have to be in the current job even when I receive the ITA?

You can leave the job and you'll still get points for that experience. Make sure you collect proper reference letters before or immediately after leaving.
