Hi, I asked about this issue couple of times but did not get any logical reaponse.
Pls need advice. My bf deported from US. He left US and went to Maxico.
After , few years he changed his name and reentrred to US from Maxico border.
He reentered illegally.
Now , we are going to apply for his PR.
SO, FBI report could show his deportation and his name history?if we do FBI check with new name
Thanks

If we dont mention on his application about his deportation and the name he was using in US?

His fingerprints "Show All" to the FBI. Being an American myself (Not a senior) I can tell you that America is very strict with illegal immigrants.

When your boyfriend applies for PR to Canada, he needs to mention all of this history in detail - including the deportation and name change. He should obtain FBI certificates in both names. Failure to mention his full history in detail (including the deportation and name change) will result in his PR application being refused and a finding of misrepresentation which will ban him from entering Canada for five years.

So the answer is extremely clear - he must explain his FULL history in his PR application to Canada if he wants to have any hope of being approved.

If at any point you feel lying about his situation is the only way to get him into Canada then you might want to consider immigrating to Mexico with him. Never withhold information or flat out lie on an immigration application. It will always end badly for the people involved.

One other thing to consider is how solid is your application going to be? If your boyfriend was deported once from the US and took the drastic step to change his identity to try and get into the US again is CIC going to believe your relationship is a true and ongoing relationship? If I were you I would be sure my application was water and air tight before sending it off. I would also make sure to get ALL of the details of my boyfriends history to make sure it is ALL disclosed. If he was deported, he was likely arrested before being deported. Make sure you get all the info you need to launch a successful application.
