hello seniors!
i have applied for permanent residence in Canada under skilled professional category 4131. now they advised me to send full documents within 120 days . my related visa office is Singapore. when i for the first time applied , then i was unmarried. now i become married on Feb 05, 2010. for your suggestion, my wife has 17 years of education and has 4 yrs bachelor degree and 1 years masters degree. she is a college lecturer in English i have prepared the following documents to send:

a)my official transcript( bachelor and masters) in a sealed envelop and my wife's transcript too.
(b)all notarized academic certificates for me and my wife.
c)police clearance certificate for me and my wife.
d)a bank certificate in the name of both me and my wife( in join account) and a copy of transaction.
e) job reference letter( notarized copy) for both me and my wife
(f) order of recruitment(translated and notarized) for both of me and my wife
(g)IELTS result of mine as i become the principal applicant
(h)certificate of marriage(original and notarized)/ nikahnama
(i) some related application forms for my spouse of application package.
(j)passport copy for both me and my wife
(k) birth certificate (notarized )
(l)photos for both me and my wife.
can i claim adaptability points from my wife?

but i haven't informed them of my marriage yet. i am planning to mention the matter in a forwarding letter when i submitt the full application package to visa office.
i have not paid application fee for my wife yet. could u please suggest me , how can i pay my wife's application fee?
moreover, could you please advise me if i have to any additional paper work or documents.
