Seniors, please, advise! For EE purposes should your education be relevant to your primary occupatio

In my gcms there is a note to officer: please review education docs - field of study & employment records.

The thing is that my education (master's degree in linguistics & teaching) is irrelevant to my occupation (accounting). Later the agent commented that the reference letter is ok, duties match with noc and everything else is fine.

When I researched this topic on cic website before submission i couldn't find any strict requirement that education should correspond to your experience (unless it is an occupation in medicine). Also, I know people who got PPR with the same issue as mine.

Should I be worried about this issue? Please advise!

I am not expert here, But i dont think its an issue.

My education is Bach. of Pharmacy but experience in Social services. I got PR without an issue.

Pls ask others as well.

I know people who got PPR with the same issue as mine.

They got PPR because this is not an issue, can never be. You will also get it soon.
