Is there any harm to add CBSA report with application.

CBSA report + Yes on consent = will it give any negative impact.

No it will not harm. It shows them that you really care for citizenship. They may anyways double check with a new CBSA report to verify you.

I don't think it will negatively impact your process, however sending the report will not, in anyway, speed up your process either.
So while you will have provided them with that information, they will still have to verify its authenticity on their own.

As per 21.05 application version, CIC asking applicants NOT to request for CBSA report as CIC will get by themselves. Therefore, sending application from 21.05 I don't think it is wise to send CBSA report with application anymore..
